- • Proof of ownership or bank letter certifying intent of ownership for specified earth moving plant (Wheel Front End Loader Cat 950 or similar, Bulldozer CAT D7 or similar, Backhoe Loader Cat 428 or similar, Excavator Cat 330 or similar, Tipper Truck min 8m³)
- • Minimum 5 contactable reference letters from previous projects of similar nature completed in past 10 years
- • Letter of Good Standing from COIDA
- • Completion of all RFP documentation including all declarations
- • Briefing Session Attendance Form D (if compulsory briefing was held)
- • Joint Venture/Consortium/Partnering/Subcontract Agreement signed by all parties (if applicable)
- • Valid SARS PIN or CSD supplier registration number
