Musina Local Municipality seeks a registered professional town and regional planning firm to develop an urban regeneration/revitalization strategy for Musina, including CBD improvement plans, 3D modelling, incentive policies, and investment packages over 24 months.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Registered with South African Council of Planners (SACPLAN) as Professional Planner
- • Municipal rates and taxes statement not older than 3 months for company and all directors
- • Certified ID copies of all members/owners/directors/shareholders/trustees
- • Copy of latest Annual Financial Statements
- • At least one reference/appointment/completion certificate for urban planning/spatial planning/regeneration/renewal project applying legislative framework
- • At least one reference/appointment/completion certificate for research, policy analysis, strategy development project
- • List of completed projects within last 5 years in urban regeneration/renewal/CBD development/precinct planning
- • At least one reference/appointment/completion certificate for similar project completed
- • At least one reference/appointment/completion certificate for local government/public sector project
- • At least one example of stakeholder engagement from previous project
- • Registered Professional Town and Regional Planner CV with minimum 5 years spatial planning/urban regeneration experience
- • GIS Technologist registration with SAGC and mapping/spatial analysis experience
- • Economist with economic analysis and local economic development experience
- • Urban Designer with urban design/architecture/3D modelling experience
- • Civil Engineer with multidisciplinary project management experience
- • Detailed project proposal with methodology, milestones, chapters, timetable, and payment schedule
