- • Audited financial statements for past three years if bid value ≥ R10 million (VAT inclusive)
- • Latest municipal rates statement (not older than three months) showing no arrears exceeding three months, or valid lease agreement if operating on leased property, or municipal confirmation if not liable for rates
- • Municipal rates statement of director's properties
- • MBD forms 1-9 and Annexures A-F completed in full
- • MBD 4 declaration of related companies
- • MBD 5 signature for bids ≥ R10 million
- • Certified copies not older than six months
- • Declaration of local production and content where applicable
- • Comprehensive JV agreement (if applicable) with all partners submitting relevant documents
- • Pricing schedule totals must match front page bid price
