- • Schedule of years of experience by Key Personnel on building projects
- • Final Summary of Bills of Quantities fully priced on flash drive
- • Form of Offer and Acceptance fully and correctly completed
- • SBD 4 Bidder's Disclosure
- • Contractor's Safety, Health and Environmental Declaration
- • HIV/STI Compliance Report
