- • Submission of SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, Preference Points Claim Form (SBD6), and all specified annexures
- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: each party must submit separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number
- • Not a person in service of the State; no directors/members who are persons in service of the State
- • Original signatures on bid forms (photocopies permitted with original signatures)
- • Sealed envelope with bid number, bidder name and address, closing date indicated
- • Firm prices only (no price variation clauses)
- • Offer valid for 120 days from closing date
- • All delivery costs included in bid price
