- • Must be registered on Central Suppliers Database (CSD) at closing date - failure to register results in disqualification
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS or TCS Certificate required
- • For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: each party must submit separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number
- • Declaration that CSD information is correct and up to date (Section E)
- • Preference Points Claim Form in terms of Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022
- • Bidder's Disclosure Form (SBD4)
- • Authority to Sign a Bid (Section O)
- • Statement of Exclusivity and Availability (Annexure D)
- • CV Format documentation (Annexure C)
- • Completed Pricing Schedule (SBD 3.1 for firm prices)
- • Terms of Reference/Specifications (Annexure A) must be acknowledged
- • Official Briefing Session Certificate (Section L)
- • Special Conditions of Contract (Section M) must be accepted
- • Bid offer must be valid for 120 days from closing date
- • All delivery costs must be included in bid price
- • Bidders cannot be persons in service of the State or have directors/members in service of the State
