- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs) required for preference points
- • Bidder must not be in service of the state
- • Youth ownership documentary proof: ID copy and SANAS B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE affidavit
