- • 100% local production and content threshold for cement material (DTi requirement)
- • Complete and sign SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1, and Annexure C (Local Production and Content)
- • Active CIPC registration (verified through CSD)
- • SARS tax compliance verified through CSD
- • Letter of Authority from NRCS for compliant cement manufacturers
