- • B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (EME/QSE)
- • Company registration and active status with CIPC
- • Completion and signing of SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1, Annexures C, D, and E
- • LC Declaration per PPR 2022
- • Tax compliance verification through CSD and SARS
