- • Submit original or certified copy of B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or affidavit
- • Submit Annexure C (Local Content), D, and E
- • Submit LC Declaration Document in line with PPR 2022
- • Submit SBD 6.1 according to PPR 2022
- • 100% local content for steel products (minimum threshold)
- • Letter from local manufacturer confirming local production and content
- • Exemption letter from dtic if local content requirements cannot be met
- • Actively registered with CIPC
- • Specification compliance for all items listed in Table 3
