- • SARS Tax Clearance letter and PIN
- • CSD report/registration confirmation
- • CIPC/CIPRO certificate (active registration)
- • Letter of appointment of authorized signatory with proof of authority
- • Product datasheets/brochures showing compliance with technical specifications (Section 3.2.14)
- • 100x100mm samples of each item (within 7 working days of notification, after passing Phase 1 & 2)
- • Proof of company resolution (if company), notarially certified joint venture agreement (if JV), individual authorization (if individual)
- • Location of Enterprise Affidavit (Annexure 2) with proof of premises (if claiming Western Cape location points)
- • Percentage Ownership Affidavit (Annexure 1) for women/disability/youth ownership claims
