- • Signed certification confirming no overdue municipal accounts (>30 days)
- • Financial statements for past 3 years
- • Minimum 70% functionality score required to proceed
- • 100% local content requirement
- • All protective clothing must be new (no second-hand)
- • Delivery within 6 weeks of appointment letter
- • Joint ventures require separate Tax PIN/CSD for all partners
- • VAT registration required for bids over R2.3 million
