- • MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD6.2, MBD6.4, MBD8, MBD9 forms
- • Billing Clearance Certificate or Statement of Municipal Accounts (no undisputed accounts overdue more than 30 days)
- • Letter declaring all accounts disclosed and none overdue more than 30 days
- • Joint venture partners must submit separate tax compliance documents and signed agreement indicating lead partner
- • Signed appointment letters or Purchase Orders for previous similar work
- • Reference letters from clients (not more than 3 months old) for work exceeding R300,000 in last 2 years
- • Distribution certificate or agreement if distributor account held
- • Written commitment to deliver within 3 working days
- • Bank guarantee or proof of available funds exceeding R1 million
