- • Valid TCS PIN or CSD Registration (mandatory)
- • Entity Registration Documents and Certified ID copies of Directors (not older than 3 months)
- • Billing Clearance Certificate or Statement of Municipal Accounts confirming no undisputed accounts overdue more than 30 days
- • MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 completed
- • Three years latest Financial Statements
- • For joint ventures: valid Tax Compliance Document for all partners and signed agreement indicating lead partner
- • VAT registration if turnover exceeds R23,000,000 on taxable supplies
- • Project leader must hold tertiary qualification in Conveyancing with proof of current professional registration fees
- • Team profile with names, qualifications, and experience of all directly involved members
- • Proposal outlining methodology, process plan, expected outputs, deliverables, and timeframes
- • Minimum 70% score on functionality evaluation to proceed to next stage
- • 100% Local Content Minimum Threshold
- • Letter of consent regarding confidential information investigation
