What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Attendance at compulsory site visit and briefing on 22 July 2026 at 11:00am
- • Three (3) contactable reference letters from similar construction projects on client letterhead with contact details
- • Company profile demonstrating minimum 5 years experience in similar construction projects
- • Key personnel CVs with copies of qualifications and relevant experience in minor concrete works and steel structures
- • Detailed project plan and methodology including project management arrangements, timeline, health and safety plan, and environmental management plan
- • Form of Offer and Acceptance completed
- • Bidder's Disclosure Form (SBD 4) completed
- • Bills of Quantities submitted
- • CIDB registration certificate (GB class minimum grade 1)
