- • Completed WCBD 7.1 form (written contract form)
- • Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) document completion
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or printed TCS certificate with result summary page
- • Proof of authority (company resolution or similar) that bid signatory is mandated to sign
- • Annexure B-B2 (Profile of bidder – Qualification and experience, organisational structure, financial standing, capacity and experience)
- • Guarantee form (Annexure C)
- • Site inspection attendance register if applicable (Annexure A)
