What you need to qualify for this tender
- • B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs) must be submitted with completed WCBD 6.1 to qualify for preference points
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate or e-Filing result summary page must be submitted with bid
- • WCBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form must be completed for both 80/20 and 90/10 preference points systems
- • WCBD 4 Declaration of Interest must be completed
- • Proof of authority (company resolution) that bid signatory is mandated to sign
- • If consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors involved, each party must submit separate TCS certificate and CSD number
- • Occupational Health and Safety Agreement must be signed
- • Guarantees for each location (Annexures C1 and C2)
- • Profile of bidder - Qualification and experience, organisational structure (Annexure B)
- • Accounting schedules (Annexure E and sub-schedules)
