What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Company must be in existence for at least 3 years with 3 years relevant experience delivering internal audit services
- • Comprehensive CVs of all key staff required
- • Proof of recommendation/signed letters of reference from clients in public sector showing successful completion of internal audit services
- • Lead Partner: Masters in Auditing/CIA or CA qualification, 10-12 years experience in public and private sector audits
- • Senior Manager: Post Graduate Degree minimum (Business Management/Law/Auditing/Economic Science/Accounting), 8-10 years experience
- • Manager: Post Graduate Degree minimum (Business Management/Law/Auditing/Economic Science/Accounting), 5-8 years experience
- • Two Senior Auditors: Degree in Auditing minimum, 3-5 years experience each
- • Valid registration certificate with professional bodies (IIA, CIA, SAICA or ISACA) mandatory for Phase 1
- • Detailed methodology proposal required
- • Comprehensive Skills Transfer Plan required
- • Proposal must remain valid for 120 days after closing date
- • Hourly rates must not exceed Auditor-General Rates as determined by SAICA
- • Company resolution or proof of authority to sign bid required
- • No persons in service of the state or directors/members who are state employees
