- • Municipal rates and services certificate for directors/owners/shareholders (not in arrears >90 days)
- • Valid lease agreement if leasing office space
- • Valid lease agreement if director leasing accommodation
- • Affidavit if account under parents/siblings/grandparents with no municipal rates payment
- • Marriage certificate if municipal account under spouse
- • Certificate of Authority signed by Board of Directors on company letterhead
- • Minimum 40 points (50%) in functionality evaluation threshold
- • Minimum 50% score per segment in functionality criteria
- • Company experience: 5+ projects in event coordination/horse racing/fashion shows
- • Capability evidence: reference letters from suppliers/horse racers/fashion designers
- • Bank credit facility evidence (minimum R100,000)
- • Sponsorship evidence (minimum R100,000)
- • Implementation methodology including marketing strategy, budget breakdown, logistics plan, risk management plan, local suppliers/labour, 2-5 local artists, 1-3 national artists
- • 100% South African citizen ownership (10 points) or 50% ownership (5 points) verified via CIPC registration or CSD report
- • KZN province location preference (10 points) verified via CSD and utility bill or Induna/Chief/Councillor letter
