- • Minimum 3 completed projects in strategy development (IDP, Climate Change Strategy, SEMP, Disaster Management Plan, LED Strategy, SDF, Tourism Strategy, Agriculture Development Strategy)
- • Team leader with Town Planning/Regional Planning/Planning qualifications (NQF 7+)
- • Team member with GIS qualifications (NQF 5+)
- • Municipal rates and services certificate confirming no arrears (90+ days)
- • MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 forms
- • Certificate of Authority signed by Board of Directors
- • Traceable reference letters for completed projects
- • CVs and certified copies of qualifications for all team members
- • Certified copies of SACPLAN registration certificates
- • Detailed proposal covering all 6 project phases (Inception, Situational Analysis, Policy Context, Spatial Challenges, Implementation Framework, Final SDF and Close-out)
- • CIPC registration certificate or RSA identity documents of directors (for BEE verification)
