About this tender
Umzimkhulu Local Municipality invites tenders for proposal, design, supply, installation and management of a digital freestanding billboard for 12 months, using 80/20 preference points with functionality evaluation and specific goals for South African ownership and KZN location.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • MBD4, MBD6, MBD8, MBD9 forms
- • Municipal rates and services certificate or statement (directors, owners, shareholders, and company - not in arrears more than 90 days) OR valid lease agreement if leasing office space OR affidavit if account under parents/siblings/grandparents OR marriage certificate if account under spouse
- • Certificate of Authority signed by Board of Directors on company letterhead
- • Company relevant experience: minimum 4 completed projects on website development and maintenance in last 10 years
- • Branding/graphic design experience: minimum 4 projects in last 10 years
- • Personnel qualifications: Web designer/software developer with tertiary qualification (Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/Engineering) plus 5+ years experience; Project Manager with Diploma/Degree/Certification in project management plus 3+ years experience; Graphic designer with same qualifications
- • Traceable referral letters for completed projects
- • CVs with certified copies of certificates for all team members
- • CIPC registration certificate
- • Certified copy of RSA identity document(s) of director(s)
- • Proof of location within KZN province: CSD report verification plus utility bill or letter from Induna/Chief/Ward Councillor
- • Minimum functionality threshold: 25 points (50%)
- • Minimum 50% score per functionality segment required
