- • CIDB Grade 3EB or Higher
- • Registered on Central Suppliers Database (CSD)
- • Municipal rates and services certificate - not in arrears for more than 90 days
- • MBD Forms 4, 8, 6.1 and 9
- • Certificate of Authority signed by Board of Directors
- • Company letter head documentation
- • 1x Electrician with Trade Test Certificate and 3 years electrical engineering experience
- • 1x Registered Installation Electrician with Wireman's License and 3 years experience
- • 1x Safety Officer with SAMTRAC and 3 years experience in electrical or related field
- • Letters of appointment and completion certificates for 3 or more completed electrical projects
- • CV and certified copies of qualifications for all personnel
- • Functionality minimum threshold 67% (30 points) - compulsory to meet minimum per segment
- • Personnel expertise section compulsory - 100% score required
