- • Minimum 50% or 15 points functionality threshold (3 projects in supply, delivery and installation of signage for municipal buildings and assets)
- • Traceable reference letters for previously completed projects
- • Proof of CSD registration or CSD registration number
- • CIPC registration certificate OR CSD report verification OR certified copy RSA Identity document of director(s) for ownership verification
- • Certified copy of utility bill or letter from Induna/Chief/Ward Councillor for KZN location verification
