About this tender
Umzimkhulu Local Municipality invites service providers to design, print, supply and deliver multi-lingual newsletters for a 24-month contract using 80/20 preference point scoring with mandatory CSD registration, municipal rates compliance, and 5+ years relevant experience.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • MBD4, MBD6, MBD8, MBD9 forms
- • Municipal rates and services certificate or statement (not in arrears >90 days)
- • Valid lease agreement if leasing office space
- • Valid lease agreement if director leasing accommodation
- • Affidavit if account under parents/siblings/grandparents
- • Marriage certificate if account under spouse
- • Certificate of Authority signed by Board of Directors on company letterhead
- • Reference letters with traceable contact details for completed projects
- • Minimum 50% functionality threshold (30 points) - 3 or more completed multi-lingual newsletter projects in past 5 years (2018-date)
- • Proof of South African citizenship for ownership verification (CIPC registration or RSA Identity document)
- • Proof of KZN province location (CSD report, utility bill, or letter from Induna/Chief/ward Councillor)
