Metrobus seeks an independent service provider to supply and deliver oil, fuel, and air filter elements for 36 months on an as-needed basis; 80/20 evaluation (80 price, 20 specific goals); CSD registration, tax compliance, and BBBEE documentation mandatory.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • National Treasury Central Supplier Database registration
- • Completed MBD 1, 4, 6, 8, 9 forms
- • General Conditions of Contract signed
- • Rates and taxes account (not older than 3 months, not more than 90 days in arrears) or lease agreement for company and all directors, or affidavit if no property
- • ID copies of shareholders/directors and share certificates (not older than 3 months)
- • JV agreement with separate CSD registration and consolidated BBBEE certificate for joint ventures
- • Initial/sign all alterations in tender document
- • Verifiable specific goals documentation
- • Audited annual financial statements for past 3 years (if required by law to prepare)
- • Minimum 2 copies of tender document (1 original, 1 copy, plus soft copy on USB/disk)
- • BBBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs)
- • Tax Compliance Status Certificate or PIN or CSD number
- • Declaration of Interest (MBD 4)
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9)
- • POPIA Act consent and acknowledgments
