City of Johannesburg Metro Bus seeks a service provider for supply, delivery, and complete overhaul of engines for 36 months on an as-and-when-required basis, evaluated 80/20 (price/specific goals).

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- • Tax Compliance Status (TCS) Certificate or PIN from SARS
- • Valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs)
- • Rates and taxes account (not older than 90 days) or lease agreement for company and all directors, or affidavit if none
- • ID copies of shareholders/directors and share certificates (not older than 3 months)
- • Signed Joint Venture agreement (if applicable) with separate CSD registration and consolidated B-BBEE certificate
- • Signed General Conditions of Contract (GCC)
- • Audited annual financial statements for past three years (if required by law for procurement above R10 million)
- • Two copies of tender document (one original, one copy) plus soft copy on USB/Disk
- • MBD forms 1, 4, 6, 8, 9 completed and signed
- • Declaration of Interest (MBD 4)
- • Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9)
- • POPIA Act 2013 consent and acknowledgments
- • Authority of Signature
- • Specific goals verification documentation
- • All alterations in bid document must be initialed/signed or accompanied by letter on official letterhead
