- • Confirmation of no restriction on National Treasury Register of Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers
- • No involvement in criminal offences under SA anti-corruption laws
- • Accurate disclosure of B-BBEE status and Local Content claims
- • Not on any restricted supplier list at time of bid submission
