- • Letter of Good Standing - COIDA (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993)
- • Three (3) purchase orders not older than 12 months
- • Three (3) traceable reference letters from clients confirming industrial sweeper supply/cleaning services experience
- • Reference letters must include: client letterhead, project title, date, contact details, recommendation paragraph
- • Proof of equipment ownership or lease agreement for at least 2 months
- • Service/maintenance history on company letterhead, signed by qualified mechanic, indicating hours of service and spares changed
- • Stamped letter from local chief confirming citizenship
- • Proof of operation within required radius from Richards Bay (title deed, office lease agreement, or municipal bill with company details)
- • Chief's letter must be stamped, dated, and not older than 3 months
- • Minimum threshold score: 70%
