- • Compulsory attendance at clarification meeting (17 August 2026, 11:00am, 42 Main Reef Road Longdale)
- • Certificate of Attendance (T2.2-01) signed by Employer's Representative
- • Service Technician 1: valid SAQCC (SANS 10139) Installer/Cabler registration
- • Service Technician 2: valid SAQCC (SANS 10139) Installer/Cabler registration
- • Gas Detection Designer/Commissioner 1: valid SAQCC (SANS 10139) registration
- • Gas Detection Designer/Commissioner 2: valid SAQCC (SANS 10139) registration
- • List of past/current comparable projects in evacuation alarm system servicing and maintenance
- • Sufficient references to substantiate experience (Purchase Orders, Contracts, Commissioning certificates, Reference letters)
- • Completion of T2.2-03 Evaluation Schedule: Previous Experience
- • Minimum functionality score of 80 points
- • Declaration of breach of law (T2.2-11) - confirmation of no serious breach convictions in past 5 years
- • CSD registration with Supplier Number and Unique registration reference number
- • No submission through another company's profile; each bidder must register own profile
