Transnet seeks a contractor for 36-month provision of high and medium voltage switchgear maintenance and repair at pipelines pump stations, terminals and workshops, subject to Transnet's Contractor Management Procedure.

- • Contractor Compliance File with discipline-specific documentation
- • Employee Personal Profile Dossier with valid medicals, fitness certificate, and certified copies of identity/competencies (not older than 3 months)
- • Mandatory Agreement between client and contractor
- • Contract Insurance (as specified in planning phase)
- • Contractor Induction and Training completion
- • Health and Safety compliance with ISO 45001:2018
- • Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems compliance
- • Site Access Certificate
- • Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent (Pr.CHSA) registration where applicable
- • Compliance with Transnet IMS requirements and applicable standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, SANS 3000-1:2016 Railway Safety)
- • Risk Assessment completion and contract classification
