Transnet SOC Ltd requests quotations for preventative, corrective, emergency maintenance and ad hoc services for buildings, wet services, electrical and mechanical assets in Mpumalanga (Ermelo cluster) for 6 months on an as-needed basis.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid CIDB Registration minimum Grade 3 GB or higher (Stage One - Eligibility)
- • Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA) from Department of Employment and Labour or its agencies (Stage One - Eligibility)
- • CIDB contractor grading designation equal to or higher than Grade 3 GB (Stage Two - Mandatory)
- • For Joint Ventures: each member must be CIDB registered; lead partner must have contractor grading not lower than one level below required class; combined grading must equal or exceed Grade 3 GB
- • For Joint Ventures: certified copy of signed joint venture agreement
- • Tender offer in English language
- • Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with Supplier Number and Unique registration reference number
- • Declaration of whether convicted of serious breach of law in preceding 5 years (Breach of Law clause)
