- • Quality Plan submission (evaluated 0-15 points)
- • CVs and experience evidence for Electrical Artisan, Plumbing Artisan, and HVAC Artisan
- • Proof of previous similar experience (reference/award letters, contracts with client details)
- • Minimum technical score threshold: 70/100
