- • Site Manager/Site Supervisor: minimum 3 years supervising site operations (detailed CV required)
- • Environmental Specialist/Ecologist: minimum 3 years relevant experience in alien plant management and environmental compliance, qualifications in Environmental Sciences/Management/Ecology/Nature Conservation, ArcGIS/ArcGIS Pro proficiency with training certification or academic records
- • General Workers (Pest Control Operators/Herbicide Applicators): 5 skilled workers with detailed CVs showing alien vegetation management experience
- • Reference letters: minimum 4 elements required (project description, client letterhead with contact details, project duration, client signature)
- • Method statement covering: description of works, detailed eradication methodology and program, re-infestation prevention and control measures, emergency response plan, timelines, team roles/responsibilities, and equipment specification
- • Equipment proof of ownership: mechanical clearing tools (with register/photos), chemical application equipment (with calibration records), vehicles for site access (with list and valid licence discs), PPE inventory, equipment maintenance plan
- • Minimum functionality score of 60 out of 100 required to pass technical evaluation
