- • Late completion penalties R2,000 per calendar day (max 10% of contract value)
- • Joint ventures must meet CIDB JV arrangement requirements per TABLE 9
- • JV agreements required showing operation, resource deployment, financial contribution, dispute resolution
- • Separate bank account for JV with both signatories
- • JV lead partner must be fully involved and deploy all resources
- • Both JV partners/directors must attend all project meetings
- • Consolidated CSD registration for all JV partners
- • SARS tax compliant pins for all JV partners
- • COIDA/FEM valid for all JV partners
- • Separate VAT registration for JV
