- • Contract works insurance (Contract Sum + 10%) with max 5% deductible
- • SASRIA insurance (Contract Sum + 20%)
- • Public liability insurance R5 million with max 5% deductible
- • Priced documents submission within 5 working days of Letter of Appointment
- • Tender validity 20 weeks from closing date
- • Contractor to provide water, electricity, telecommunications, and ablution facilities on site
- • Contractor to erect and maintain hoardings, safety screens, barriers for site enclosure
- • One notice board to be provided by Contractor
- • Defects to be attended progressively during Defects Liability Period
- • Penalty for non-completion: R2000 per calendar day to max 10% of contract amount
