- • 5% of construction value set aside for local suppliers' material procurement
- • SMME participation with pricing to cover costs for engaging, attendance, supervision of SMMEs and profit
- • Fixed pricing for duration of contract
- • Conflict of interest declaration required
- • Insurance to be provided by tenderer
- • Joint ventures: each member CIDB registered, consolidated CSD registration, SARS tax compliant PINs for all partners, separate bank account with both signatories, lead partner full involvement, both directors attend all project meetings
