- • For JVs: separate bank account in JV name with both signatories
- • For JVs: consolidated CSD registration for all partners
- • For JVs: separate VAT registration for JV
- • For JVs: COIDA/FEM valid for all partners
- • No conflict of interest declaration
- • Must demonstrate professional/technical qualifications and financial capacity
- • 5% of construction value for local SMME participation and suppliers
