- • Joint venture members must each be CIDB registered and meet combined grading requirements
- • JV lead partner must be fully involved and deploy all resources
- • Both JV partners/directors must attend all project meetings
- • Consolidated CSD registration for all JV partners
- • SARS tax compliant PINs for both JV partners
- • COIDA/FEM valid for all JV partners
- • Separate VAT registration for JV
- • Separate bank account in JV name with both parties as signatories
