- • Only 1 project award per tenderer under Sanitation 17 Programme
- • Firm intention and capacity to complete within 24 weeks
- • No conflicts of interest to be declared
- • Insurance provision for works, public injuries, diseases
- • Fixed pricing (not subject to adjustment except as per contract conditions)
- • 5% construction value set aside for local suppliers' material procurement
- • SMME participation costs to be included in pricing
- • For JVs: all members CIDB registered; separate bank account with both signatories; consolidated CSD registration; both partners' SARS tax compliant pins; separate VAT registration for JV; JV agreement per CIDB requirements; both partners/directors attend project meetings; lead partner fully involved with resource deployment
