- • Can only be awarded 1 project under Sanitation 17 Programme
- • Contract duration 24 weeks from commencement to practical completion
- • Must ensure 5% of construction value set aside for local suppliers' material procurement
- • For JVs: all partners must be CIDB registered, separate bank account required with both signatories, consolidated CSD registration, SARS tax compliant pins for all partners, valid COIDA/FEM for all partners, separate VAT registration for JV, JV agreement must indicate operation, resource deployment, financial contribution, and dispute resolution
