- • Foreman/Clerk of Works: 5+ years experience, National Diploma Civil Engineering
- • Proof of ownership or signed lease for equipment: tipper truck, TLB, grader, roller, water truck
- • Bank-stamped rating (not older than 30 days)
- • Project execution plan with methodology and programme
- • Certified laboratory for testing
- • Minimum 70 points on Functionality Criteria to qualify
- • BBBEE Certified Copy or Sworn Affidavit
