- • Site Agent: National Diploma in Civil Engineering, ECSA Professional Technician registration, 10+ years experience
- • Health and Safety Officer: 3+ years post-SACPMP certificate experience, registered Professional Safety Officer
- • Foreman/Clerk of Works: National Diploma in Civil Engineering, 5+ years experience
- • Proof of ownership or signed lease agreement for: tipper truck, TLB, grader, roller, water truck
- • Bank-stamped rating not older than 30 days
- • Project execution plan with methodology and programme
- • Certified laboratory to be used for testing
- • Minimum 70 points under Functionality Criteria to qualify
