- • Compliant Tax Status on Central Supplier Database at time of appointment
- • Minimum 5 written letters of recommendation from clients in NSI space (not older than 8 years)
- • At least 500 companies in benchmark database
- • 80% annual participation rate in market database
- • Electronic deployment capability for employee engagement surveys with anonymity protection
- • Ability to conduct job grading with 3-day turnaround
- • Ability to provide consolidated monthly reports to management
