- • Detailed project proposal and implementation plans with key deliverables
- • BBB-EE certificate (subject to verification by Commissioner of Oath)
- • No municipal rates/taxes/service charges in arrears for more than 3 months
- • Satisfactory performance history on previous contracts with municipality or other organs of state
- • Form D - Authority of Signatory properly completed
- • Form C1.1 - Form of Offer and Acceptance completed and signed
- • Board resolution authorizing signatory (for companies)
