- • Cashflow Projections
- • Proof of submission of Registration of Project at Department of Labour
- • Site Agent and Foreman names (Schedule E1)
- • Land surveyor's certificate for erf and boundary pegs
- • Consolidated Health and Safety file before completion certificate
- • All unskilled labour from local communities
- • Minimum 6 days formal training for workers employed 3 months or less; 10 days for 4+ months
- • Supervisory staff with NQF Level 2 minimum (team leaders, safety officer); Project Manager NQF Level 5
- • Contract commencement within 14 days of site handover
