Media Monitoring Agency Services – Road Accident Fund (6 months)

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) requires a media monitoring agency to monitor, track, and deliver analytical reports on RAF's media coverage across all media platforms and levels. The service covers National, Regional, Provincial, and Community Media, encompassing Print, Radio, Television, Online, and Social Media platforms. The contract duration is six (6) months. The service provider must implement comprehensive security protocols for handling RAF's confidential, private, personal, and sensitive information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013. Security requirements include: secure document handling and transportation using lockable containers; controlled document retrieval with identity verification; secure physical storage in lockable cabinets; fire suppression systems; controlled-access premises with surveillance; 24/7 security monitoring; access control limited to authorized personnel only; network security with firewalls, intrusion detection, and encryption; incident response procedures; data breach reporting obligations; cybersecurity standards compliance; and third-party oversight for any subcontractors. The service provider must maintain detailed records of all document storage, access, and retrieval activities, and must comply with all applicable data protection legislation. RAF reserves the right to conduct security screening of company directors and resources, and to audit compliance with security and data protection standards.
