Microsoft SharePoint EDRMS Redevelopment, Enhancement & Support for NERSA (5 years)

NERSA (National Energy Regulator of South Africa) requires the appointment of a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner to redevelop and enhance its Microsoft SharePoint cloud environment, including implementation of an Electronic Documents and Records Management System (EDRMS), and provide ongoing maintenance and support for a period of five (5) years. The scope encompasses SharePoint environment redevelopment, enhancement of the intranet infrastructure, establishment and management of EDRMS functionality, and continuous technical support and maintenance throughout the contract term. The successful contractor must demonstrate capability to manage the complete lifecycle of the SharePoint environment, from initial redevelopment through to sustained support. Service delivery includes technical project management, account management, and adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The contractor must be a Microsoft Solutions Accredited Partner (mandatory requirement) and provide a technical proposal, project plan, and evidence of relevant experience with similar Microsoft cloud services implementations. Monthly invoicing is required based on detailed deliverables, with payment by bank transfer within 30 days of valid tax invoice receipt. The contract will be formalised in writing and signed by the NERSA CEO or authorised delegate.
