Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager seeks qualified contractors for mechanical upgrade, installation and refurbishment of fuel depot infrastructure at Klawer Diesel Depot via RFQ. Mandatory CIDB registration (Grade 3 ME or higher), compulsory site clarification meeting attendance, and CSD registration required.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Attendance at compulsory clarification meeting (09 September 2026, 10:00 am) - Certificate of Attendance T2.2-02 required
- • CIDB registration or capability to register prior to evaluation
- • Contractor grading designation equal to or higher than Grade 3 ME
- • For Joint Ventures: all members must be CIDB registered; lead partner grading not lower than one level below required class; combined grading must meet Grade 3 ME requirement; certified copy of signed joint venture agreement
- • Tender validity period: 12 weeks from closing date
- • Declaration of any serious breach of law conviction in past 5 years (T2.2-20)
- • Completion and signature of attendance register at clarification meeting
