- • Annexure 4: Bidder's Disclosure (signed)
- • Annexure 5: Shareholders and Directors Information (signed)
- • Annexure 7: Disclosure Statement (completed)
- • Annexure 8: Privacy & Protection of Personal Information (signed if applicable)
- • Executive Summary explaining understanding of requirements and proposed solution
- • Response to Section 2: Functional Requirements Specification
- • Schedule 4: Price/Cost Proposal (separate file)
- • Copy of Joint Venture/Consortium/Subcontracting Agreement if applicable
- • Tax affairs with SARS must be in order (tax compliant status)
- • If Prime Contractor with Sub-contractors: Prime Contractor must hold not lower percentage of contract value than any subcontractor
