What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid B-BBEE certificate/affidavit (Level 3 or above) for preference points
- • Company profile with list of similar projects in past 10 years
- • Valid signed reference letters from referees for similar projects (past 10 years)
- • Short CVs with CERTIFIED copies of qualifications for team members (Project Manager, Copy writer/Editor, PR Officer, Graphic Designer, Photographer)
- • Portfolio of at least 3 recently completed relevant projects
- • MBD 1 (Part A & B) - completed and signed
- • MBD 4 - completed and signed
- • MBD 6.1 - completed and signed (2022 PPPFA Regulations)
- • MBD 8 - completed and signed
- • MBD 9 - completed and signed
- • Bank confirmation letter
- • Business registration (CIPC) documents
- • Certified ID copy (sole proprietor) or partnership agreement with certified ID copies (partnership)
- • Power of Attorney/Signing authority (if applicable)
- • Proof of business location within iLembe District (signed councillor letter, lease agreement, or utility bill not older than 3 months)
- • Compulsory Information Sheet (Annexure A)
- • Compulsory Pricing Schedule (Annexure B) with hourly rates for various activities
- • Bound/stapled service provider proposal
- • CSD registration proof (CSD Supplier Number or CSD Report)
- • Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS
